Staff Interviews Querstions/Ideas

Due to the fact that coming up for questions is kinda hard and I don't like repeating the same ones I've come to see if there is anything particular you want to see.

Please post any questions you want to see asked in a future interview. Also you can direct certain questions for certain people. (I.E. "Please ask Firez if banning everyone makes him feel sexy.") You can also just post a name of a staff member and I'll try to get to them quickly.

where do the staff see them selfs in 5 year's time both sythe and real life respectfully.

 

I'm always interested in knowing about people's hobbies aside from Sythe. Also, most embarrassing memories? Best memories?

 

Try and talk more about their character and who they are, what they want to do etc. Interview Farcast next.

Ask about what they think of their current role. Do they like it? How has Sythe.org changed or shaped them?

 

Ask if they drink or smoke. Are in a relationship. Are "popular". Favorite thing to do offsite. If they're well off.

 

I'd really like to see an interview from sacro, johnk, or giddy. Just sayin'

Also ask questions like "What do you see yourself doing on Sythe in the next year"

Also ask them that for real life.

Just make sure you ask some about Sythe and some about real life. Try and get their opinions on issues that are widely debated. Those end up being more fun than "What are your hobbies?". Do you enjoy being on staff? Why? Just think of ways to make them think as it will make them evaluate themselves and make it much more interesting.

 

For me I don't want a particular question to be answered, but you as the interviewer you can lead the conversation to certain topics, like in real life issues and thought about reality, who they are, how they life, why sythe? why being staff? was it worth it? something like that sure you know how to reach that point

Try interviewing new sectionals to learn more about them, and ask them how they are reacting to it so far, and how it is different from being an normal member.
