Returned from overseas travelling and osBot account is banned?

Hi all,

Sorry to annoy everyone as I'm sure this post pops up very often..

I have recently been away for months now on holiday and noticed when returning to OSRS, that my osBot would not update and stated I've been denied access?..
As attempting to log into the website it says 'Banned' with a huge lock on the front of the screen. Regardless if I'm even logged in or not so I'm guessing I'm IP banned.

Just wondering if it were possible for anyone to give some insight on what I should do or what I should consider doing?

Unfortunately I have tried that..
Just states 'Banned' again..

 

Make a new account, or see if they allow guest account option.
No one @ Sythe can help you, you'll need to get into contact with OSBot(staff).

 

Basically all I'm able to do is access the front page and any other link I click on afterwards is completely not allowed for me with the kindly "banned" stating!
Not sure how I'd be able to contact OSbot staff due to the reasons that Im unable to access their forums entirely..
Any known methods of contacting them non-forum related ways?

 

Get in contact with one of their staff via Skype or Discord then ask for help on how to appeal. This really isn't the right place to post this though, as it's OSBot's problem.
