These kind of threads always make you want to do IP checks.

 

If you banned him solely off a matching IP

You're going to have a bad time.

 

I did a location check and searched the IPs of the other 2 banned the accounts. He's trying to use proxys. The one that scammed 1.2b was from the same city as him on every non-proxy IP. Thankyou.
