Can people charge back on paypal if they pay through an invoice?

Title says it. Someone says they don't have a paypal account and that I can just send them an invoice and they can pay with their credit card. Would they be able to charge back?

 

If they call there bank account and fraud, yes.

 

Everyone who uses Paypal are able to chareback, so no matter how it's actually sent it can be taken back.

All people do is go into their back and say a unauthorized transaction has been made and the bank would legally have to oblige.

Even if it's sent for services... or as a gift you can still claim it back as I stated your back has to oblige to what you say and they have to trust your words.

 

Yes. Chargebacks happen no matter what if they paid with credit card. That simple. They can call the cc and it will be chargebacked regardless of how they pay.

Unfortunately people can chargeback just about any paypal payment, it's very sender/buyer biased.
