Please help

Hello, i really didnt know where else to put this but i filled out an account recovery post. About 2-3 days ago. Zero people besides myself have looked at this post to even reevaluate it. I have been refreshing and checking up on it that last couple of days, hourly almost. Can we have some designated support members? Because this is just crazy. i get that there is more than just helping people on the site but even after 3 days its still waiting for mod approval to even be public. Granted, i didnt fill out the template correctly the first time. But i have since edited it and there is nothing to get your attention of the edit because i cant bump the post. So please this is such a flawed system. Thanks.
