I belive Musicman65's ban was a mistake

First of all let me say I'm not trying to start any arguments with yaroow, skele, or Musicman65. I'm just curious to why this ban actually happened.
Also I don't know when this happened, I clicked a link and it took me to the scam report...

A few of you may of head about Musicman65's ban. For anyone that doesn't here is what happened....

Musicman65 and yaroow were going to swap guides. yaroow went first. Musicman65 read his guide. The guide was well known. It was for merching... Musicman65 then refused to give his guide to yaroow becuase yaroows was well known, and as it says in Sythe's rules, you cannot sell known guides.

yaroow then sent a scam report and Musicman65 WAS BANNED.



So wtf? Really? I think yaroow should be banned for trying to sell well known guides. And Musicman65 should be unbanned becuase, in my eyes, he has done nothing wrong.

After seeing the conversation I change my perspective. Although yaroow is being an ass through out the talk they did agree to swap guides and he didn't come through with his part of it.

 

If he didn't deserve the ban, he'll be unbanned..this thread won't help.
