Banned for Ban Evading?

I read the dispute's alot and Ban Evading is when some one gets banned and come back to sythe correct?
Well i only get on here at free public Wi FI and this is my first and only account here on sythe.org i did get banned from realpoor, but that was for flaming, and i didnt think sythe and realpoor were the same websites or sister websites if that is the case then im sorry for this and i didnt know but other than that im not ban evading maybe some one that came here and used this connection but thats them not me

again sorry if it is about realpoor/sythe i didnt know and would like to apologize

but i would like to be unbanned
