Quests for 1 def pures?

I got a1 def pure I'm going to train I want to know what quests should I do.

Stats are 39atk 22 str 76 range 33 mage 44 prayer (not quested).

Basically no quests done. Did vamp slayer yesterday.

death plateu
Recipe for disaster (up to awowogei for adamant gloves) 7+ bonuses (replace with regen brace if you're rich).
dwarf cannon
grand tree
lost city
monkey madness
tree gnome village
troll stronghold
shadow of the storm
the golem
the grand tree
gertrudes cat
fishing contest
big chompy bird hunting

hoped these helped.

 

Thanks are there prayer quests too? If I can stay under 52 from quests I want to do them too.

 

you could get priest in peril, (prayer)
creature of frankenstrain (don't need to complete but gives access to experiments)
(horror from deep (missed from above))
mountain daughter (prayer)
Desert treasure (from above)
ill post any others if i think of them.
