FatLlama - Scam Report Attempt.

Okay so... well this is actually my first customer problem that i'm having at the moment.

I contacted Bogdan123 to get some informations about how can I proceed with this problem i'm facing right now.

About 2 weeks ago, a user contacted me regarding my shop, on the skype account name "hdxvisions" he asked me to buy 1 csgo keys and didnt had a sythe account. I accepted the deal via paypal since it was only under 2$ deal, not so much.

Today, someone else from a different skype account username : ngz_quickdraw saying he was interested in the gut knife forest ddpat ft I was actually selling.

From the end of december 2014, I started running a csgo shop cause I was mainly interested to do so, and decided to choose Sythe since I believe it's the best place and forum so far after searching.

So, to get back at the story, what happened is quite simple. The user, using another skype account, admitting it on his other skype, multi-skype doing, told me at first he couldnt send me the payment. He then tried to send me it in canadian dollars, and he haven't send the full amount of money.

Made me waste my time, basically didn't follow my terms of services rules, especially the #3 and the #4.

Since then, his scam trick to send me in CAD instead of USD was quite weird.
Also, why didnt he contact me on his main skype account, which he did when he bought me a csgokey from 2weeks ago ?

I am feeling up this report since basically, the user said he will try to get me banned, and just created a sythe account right about today to report screenshots regarding this.

I would like to know what informations, screenshots moderators may ask me, please reply to me via private messages if needed, I would deliver informations needed.

As I spoken with bogdan, I have not much problem this case, but sinces its a scam attempt, he accepted the terms of services, then ask for a refund while sending the incorrent currency and pretend he don't have the money to buy it anymore, wasting my time, wasting a sale and time is money.

My Shop terms of services are stated on my topic :

1. The method of payments accepted for this shop are Paypal,Skrill, BTC, WebMoney. (Now accepting WebMoney ) New payments options coming soon!
2. The currencys available are US$ and CAD$. (Now accepting EUR£. ) (Unfortunately not any others)
3. Every payment are being made upfront and the buyer cover the fees, there is no refund after a payment is being sent.
4. You have the choice to send or not a payment, and you may accept those terms before dealing with me on any circonstances.
5. Any item being sold after sent via trade is non-refundable on any circumstances.
6. Remember that I am a seller, I will treat you like a customer by being professional and respectful, I expect the same in return.

I am really being concerned about a new user that havent had a sythe account and tried to trick me over skype, and now report me while he have nothing up to prove.

You can verify all my vouches from all real money transaction and contact every contact and sythe user that vouch'd me if needed to verify every transactions I made so far, mos tof them was over 60$ usd, no point or trying to rip off a 30$ deal.


P.S I just realized this.

Thats not funny to have a customer adding you a different skype when he have you on another one, trying to send you in cad instead of usd then saying he doesnt have the money to pay then and ask a refund.

He is now multi creating accounts to contact me.. Please do something with this case, i'm getting bad rep from that bad customer.

It doesn't look like a scam attempt, I'll look into the two accounts.

Why are you not refunding him, though?

 

He filled up this transaction in a claim.

I contacted paypal and the employee told me it's not the first time this paypal user his pushing threw unaothorized payment. I asked if I should accept a refund and he told me I can let the process going and paypal will actually verify it.

This new user, which i'm pretty sure have now 2 new accounts, could be a ban evader or a multi-accounts. You're look.

I am speaking with a sythe user right now, GD508 that is buying the knife right now. ( He bought it )

He is telling me of an idea, since the user tried to trick me by sending me in cad instead of usd then saying he wont buy my knife then ask for a refund when he contacted me on a new skype while he already added me on his other skype.

I could be interested to donate this money to sythe, he is a new user, i'm pretty sure he did know this currency exchance trick and getting him banned on a forum never make them learn, losing money does.

You can ask bogda123 if needed, I spoken to him at the beggining of issue before that.

 

He's not banned for scamming, you can't just take his money. You need to refund it. I'll be looking into the two accounts, but there's no way to tell if he was trying to scam or if it was a derp mistake.

 

Will close the case he opened on you're request then.

I can't even close it.. Paypal system put it on status Being Reviewed By PayPal automatically after he created his claim...

I can't even refund, or close the claim basically.. ( Speaking on skype with Blade )

 

He is spamming my inbox now.. 5 messages so far.

I will wait until you come to a decision. Im going to work, will be back in 8hours to see the updates.

 

According to him pmig me, he will cancel the dispute and when he will id be able to refund his his money. I might have been a bit too fast expecting a scam trick from him. there is so many scammers everywhere gotta always be eyes open. I believe case is close.

 

Latest update.. I just came back from work and receiving a message from him saying he cancelled the dispute and wanted me to send me a refund as a donation... I don't understand what's going on but the complaint have never been cancelled and money is still held.

Why would he say it has been cancelled if its not.. I really have no idea. I hope he just made a mistake, i'm trying to get this over with.
