Eat more salt you'll live longer and feel great

Good information Never knew you could be salt deficient I personally don't think I get enough salt might have to increase my intake might explain my lack of energy some days

 

Big rich is going to live forever just off salt. Living on a tropical island where the humidity is nearly 90-100% daily (heat index 110F) what would you suggest bumping that up to. Outside 5-9 hours a day with 2-3hours of strenuous exercise on top of that.

 

Just add some sand beer and you'll be sweet, trus me

If you lack salt just join spam forum, but really there is salt in almost all food no idea how could you lack it (unless you like eating food that tastes like rubber)

You quoted here only 1 random study that shows that not having enough salt is dangerous, which is likely to be true considering how important salt is, but the study also shows that too much salt is dangerous as well, and has been confirmed in many, many, many studies.
I dont add salt to anything I eat, I dont eat transformed products (industrial shit), and yet im pretty sure I already have >5g / day of salt

 

Ik, i have like >10-20g probably not healthy at all and i should try to cut down, since i like eating dirty because body fat doesn't bother me and i would even be happy to get some more

I agree! I know a few Cardiologists and have always been warned of salt intake.

 

Think on a standard, most people do get that amount of salt from the food they eat. Majority will most likely be over too.
I tend not to add any salt to my cooking but do believe that my salt intake is above what is required.

Salt is not bad for you if taking in moderation.

 

Nowadays companies add extra salt to trigger certain senses while eating. There has been large debates in the food industry over these sorts of practices with sugar as well.
