well xx jut xx was one of the first tru pkers so it really depends on what era of pking after xx jut xx was banned for duping it was 3 hit you and mahatama for pure pkers but robin hood and gearshifter were the main maxed pkers then as rs2 came loads gd pkers came up including h a 12 d death treath too many to list but tbh two of the best 3 hitters ive seen is u dominate u and i kasoy i these 2 just completely dominate there field in pking always have right from being low level there skills are amazing

 

I know him on the game, him + Pheen Jr, are good pkers, i think they have quit tho =/

 

IMO, i think mug---shot was the best.
wasnt scared of losing her armour.
took out stuff worth 5m+.
and same with kids ranqe.
