    Anyone in the USA, here me out.

    Got ticketed for driving 50MPH in CA highway when I merged in and Cars passed by me but they were going 70+ on right lane.

    Guilty or not guilty? Cop pulled me over because he clocked me at 40MPH.:mad:

    Just received my courtesy notice and not elgeible for trial by declaration.

    I'm going to go to the arraignment and plead not guilty and go to trial.

    $300 bail.

    So you were below the minimum? Is this a separate case than in the last thread you posted?

    If there was a minimum speed and you were below it, then yes, you're guilty in the eyes of California.

    There is a maximum speed lol but no signs are really posted on my route.
