Title says it all...I'd like to become a sythe donator, but since I am not currently a donator I don't think I can donate via paypal...I'd like to find someone who offers this service (where you give them rsgp and they donate USD to sythe in your name)
Who does rsgp for sythe donations?

If you click the name, in the text it says:
"If you have read the steps above and would like to donate using RS GP, please Click here to visit his RS GP thread on the forum." with a hyperlink, under the "here" part.
