I like it. In fact, I like most "Chinese" tunes after having been brought up with so many when I as very young. This guy is white yes, but he goes the chinese style . In response to datsyuk4242's second post: Yes of course I'm kidding lol.
Actually, it's more folk metal than viking. Anyways, these guys have been my favorite band for about a year now. I love every aspect about them...they're so..unique. As soon as I heard them, it was one of those "holy shit" moments. I hate how people give their last album shit because of Jari's leave. I mean, I understand that losing their lead guitarist and vocalist is a big change, but cmon, he was replaced by Petri Lindroos! I might be a little biased on Petri, because Norther is also one of my favorite bands, but the change wasn't bad for me. Not at all. I loved their last album. I was actually listening to Little Dreamer as I clicked this topic. It's killing me that I cant get to paganfest (Fuckin Florida >.<) Their only semi-weak release as of yet was Dragonheads, and even that kicked ass. Basically, what im trying to get across here, is that Ensiferum kick ass. Period.
If you're not going to contribute, don't bother fucking posting. But I personally think Lindroos will be a fairly good substitute of Jari, even though I don't listen to Norther very much I do admire Petri's vocals.
