The conflict between Russia and Japan escalates

While most people talk about North Korea vs South Korea and the uprising in Libya, and other various countries in the Middle East that ignores, a more potential conflict that is happening now, the dispute about the Kuril Islands between Russia and Japan.

Russia has recently deployed troops there, and the S-400 system. Now they will certainly send the French-built Mistral ship towards Japan.

Much of this conflict is between Russia and Japan, due to the end of the 2nd World War, which Russia conquered some islands right in the north part of Japan, the islands that have never been recognized as a part of Russia, by any other country, but actually the conditions have been on the Russian side ..

Japan has not recognized that Russia took control of it, although Japan until the end of the Cold War did not have much resources and challenge the Russian Navy .. The Japanese self defense force's not formally a military force, but strictly for self defense, not for the conflict .. And then you have a pretty pacifist constitution of Japan, which also limits what can be done in that respect ..
