scammed by TechnoKid

Hello I'm reporting TechonoKid for scamming me out of 10m [rsgp], I was trying to buy a runescape upgrade pin so I could be members and he was going to sell me a runescape membership card, we did not use a mm because we was just going to do 50/50 and I was looking too buy from him but once I traded him the money he said he was getting the code and ended up logging out of msn and even runescape, pictures will be posted below.
