RazorBTC - Ban Evader

Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!) :
Both users weirdly use discord servers. Charge the exact same rate for rentals.
Both users have 1 post count which is straight to max main rentals.
The ingame character in the account pictures is the exact same.
ToS the exact same, same color scheme, almost exact same thread.

Starting to get a little annoying, 3rd time in two days that I've reported him for ban evading.
