Computer Help Please!

for some reason everytime i try and download a file nothing works. here is a picture of what happens everytime i try to download anything from rsbot to limewire. the only thing that works are my private servers. i cant even download the new JDK. if anyone can help it would be nice.

NOTHING you download works? You weren't very specific, this could be anything from parental controls to you needing to re-install your OS.

 

im lost already. whats an os? and this is my computer and i can edit parental controls so if u can explain to me how i simply will. and to be specific, when i try and download ANY type of file thats what i get. it downloads but im unable to open/do anything with the file. for instance, i download a jdk update but cannot open the file to update my jdk. same with limewire or hypercam. i cannot open the file to install limewire or hypercam

 

OS is your operating system such as Windows/Linux/AppleMac.
Does the file have a destination?

Tools - > options - > main tab - > downloads - > browse and set a location.
Try using a different internet browser like IE.

 

maybe u have a virus i can hel u remove it if u want 2
