Account issues

Help! I have been playing six years, with the same password, but when I try to login, it says incorrect pass ! No way am I spelling it wrong, I have been playing for so long>_< .... Actually when this started, in the "remember me" username box, some player (mikevonbaron) was there !! could he have hacked me? Also, don't suggest the password recovery form, I have sent it nine times ant not herd a single thing back=@ ! Can any one help me:'( ??

 

First, try downloading Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and run a full system scan to check for any malware you may have. Let me know if it finds anything. Also, what do you mean "I've sent 9 recovery forms and not a single one has responded"? You need to submit one, copy down the tracking ID, and wait about an hour. If you submit multiple forms, there's going to be a delay.

if you look in to the account management section it says you should change your password every few monthes. this is a prime example of what happens if you dont. if you have owned the account the entire 6 years, you should be able to tell jagex your story of where you got to where you are, and if it matches youl get it back, regardless of recovs. hope this helps people not get hacked in the future.

i change my pass every 2 months =]

 

thats quite unneccesary, my pass on my main has been the same for 2-3 years and nothing bad has ever happened
