Could this be Karma (if you believe in this) for the way Bin Laden Was killed or the way people celebrated his death? (Not everyone thought it was morally correct as we can see here and here.)

    What do you think?

    RIP to the Elites.

To assert that this was karma acting you would first have to prove that karma exists, which I assume you cannot.

Also you cannot put the blame for the way the public acted on the SEALs. That's just idiotic and if karma worked that way then wow I guess I'm going to get raped next week because Hitler orchestrated the holocaust. Makes about as much sense.

I do not agree with how he was killed either for the record. I personally would have rather have him alive, and a proper public trial been had. The outcome would have been the same regardless though - if we brought him alive and he somehow managed not to get assassinated by some of the radicals here, the government still would have killed him. Even if they hadn't outright told us, he would have been dead after they got all of the information from him that they could. The end result would have been the same any way you look at it. Maybe the SEALs killing him on the spot actually did him a favor, rather than having the government (most likely) torture him for information.

"Both spoke on condition of anonymity because families are still being notified of the loss of their loved ones."

It's so sad that when 20ish US soldiers die in a crash people get all sad about it and pay their respects, while there have been millions (no exaggeration) MILLIONS of deaths in Iraq because of the US invasion into the country :/ Now there are about 5,000,000 orphans in Iraq (35% of the entire child population) 4,500,000 of which cannot find housing and are now living on the streets. The US orchestrated the 'terrorist' propaganda and linked it to the easiest target in the Middle East. Iraq was the 3rd most oil-rich country in the Middle East and now it is one of the poorest. Then, to make themselves look good and cover the invasion up they send in 'help'. It saddens me even further when the truth is suppressed in this way. They killed civilians for no reason at all, but the USA didn't get the bad connotation to their name. Oh no we can't allow anyone to call them terrorists, let's blame it on the victims. Now whenever you hear the Country's name, you can't help but think about that crazy Arab that they broadcast on the news speaking gibberish and talking about blowing up the US.

There are those children who won't let their parents go to work to earn that $1 a day because they are afraid that they will never see them again. They hang on to their parents legs and tell them not to go. When they don't come back, the children have nothing.

Think about it. Say this word to yourself and you'll see what I mean:

    'Iraq'

Maybe there may be some conspiracy theories, it does seem odd that the US would put 20 of their highly trained militants on one aircraft.

    That's true.

For people that believe in Karma then. I am just amazed at the coincidence mainly, I mean I don't know whether it's 100% confirmed, but if they are, then who'd have thought this would happen. It's barely been a few months since the Bin Laden raid aswell.

It's not karma, it's just a helicopter crash. Very unfortunate, RIP, I can't imagine what their families must be going through.

Oh yeah definitely. It is certainly odd. If one were the conspiracy theorist type, it could easily be thought of as a way to get rid of anybody connected to the capture of Osama.

I'm not saying you are wrong, but I believe you are misinformed or something. Those numbers seem astronomical.

At the very least, I think this incident will prompt more support for the widrawal of troops.

I heard on the news it was shot down by a RPG, must have been a damn good shot because I know how fairly inaccurate they are.

dont get me wrong, this is sad and all but i think it's bullshit that all i'm hearing about is the dead seals. every report ive read and on the news all they do is talk about the navy seals like they are more important than the others who died in the crash.

The media believed it was an accident until the military released that the chopper was under heavy gunfire. Also, the media works their hardest to get information out of the government. Believing them is (generally) not a gullible thing to do.

I found it very distressing to learn that the most elite of the elite, some of the strongest men mentally and physically in the world, died in a situation they had no control over. The US government poured hundreds of millions into training those men and they are a great loss to us on both a personal and military level.

They were in a QRF (quick response force), which means they were chilling at the base with guns ready in case they had to save anyone, which they did. It is not strange to put that many troops into one aircraft, its not like they were the 20 sole best (ST6 has anywhere from 100-1000 members)
