Just because they are banned from one ip, does not mean they cannot access it from another ip, such as a home ip.

my old eliteneo was my ign, and i have no blackmarks, and i had 300(dont quote me on that, it may have been less and theres no way to check) posts including many regarding rwt people training my account money loaning scamming etc. etc.

If they really ban people for things they see here it's retarded because if I'd post like a fake screen of zezima's account on a private server I doublt they will ban zezima. Ofcourse this is an extremely lame example, but I don't think jagex will work this way since people can easily lie about their accounts. Maybe if you brag here about having transfered a few godswords on an account that is like a few months old they might check the account on their system and see if it's wealth has increased a lot in a short period and that person doesn't have stats to get godsword drops or has acces to other insane money making ways.
