Legacy Beta

How do I enable the Beta? And also, will everything I do during the Beta carry over to normal RS3 etc..? I'm a little bit confused as to how these Beta things work.

Go to the homepage, click "Free to play Combat Beta" - Load up the game, hit import save after logging in to get your latest progress.

Nothing you do in the beta will impact you in the real game. They're separate servers and just act as trial and error servers. Any stats you gain, items you acquire, will not carry over, even when Legacy is released into the live game.

One other tip, go to the combat academy in Lumbridge, there are NPC's there that can give you weapons, ammo, etc.

You can get unlimited items and sell to general stores for easy GP, if you were looking for GP to buy things such as pking gear from other players.

Also, be mindful of what world you select, there are some legacy only + eoc only worlds -- this is to test out PvP / pking on one system.

Also one last question... When they release Legacy officially, are they making armour require their old defence levels again... Like bronze goes back to 1, iron 5, ranger boots 1 (instead of 40) etc..?
