First one honestly, I don't like headsets that wrap around your head like the Logitec one does, despite logitec being the better brand.

If you have to choose between those two, definitely the first. It would be way more comfortable.

However, I agree with My Dog Smokes. If you can, put in the few extra bucks and get a turtle beach. I have one myself and they are extremely comfortable with amazing sound quality. You will not be disappointed.

Max i'm looking to spend its $35, i'm only buying this headset to use vent for when we do TF sythe.

I have one of those for PC and a turtle beach for xbox. That headset is decent.

I would go with the first one because it looks like it could block out noise around you and it's much more comfortable. I've had a pair of headphones shaped like the 2nd pair and it really starts to hurt your ears after awhile so i threw them away

I have this, but pay attention to his posts. This is over $200 over his budget.

Personally, I wouldn't waste the money. You're not going for comfort, so just buy a piece of shit $5, because honestly with headsets (along with many other types of electronics) it's go big or go home. You won't notice the difference until you hit triple digits.
