Which Final Fantasy should I play next?

So I just got done beating Final Fantasy 9 and thought it was fantastic. Obviously I've already beaten 7 (about 12 times). What would you recommend for me to play next in the series. I was thinking about doing Final Fantasy VIII (8).

What do you think. @Sephiroth have you played any others?

I have not, what are you playing it on? I know Steam has a ton of them.

Did you play the stream port of 9 or what? Wish they'd release it on ps4 but only 7 has that honor so far

 

I played it as a PS1 classic release on PS3. But I'm sure the Steam version is even better to play it on. I have FF 7 on Steam they do a good job of porting it over and brushing it up a bit.

I heard FF7 is 1080p on PS4? That's pretty sick. And that you can turn off random encounters if you wish.

 

1080p doesn't mean a whole lot when it's a port and 7 was the first 3d FF on consoles lol. It's alright though, I bought it when hungover one day and haven't really played it since though.

 

That's what I figured lol about the 1080p. My friend was hyping it up yesterday though like it was some huge deal.

I think he was just trying to justify buying it for a 4th overall time.

 

have you played FFX or FFX-2? , even FFXIV which is a online MMorpg that just reached 6million total subs.
