I was banned a few months ago for "ban evading"

My ip wasnt linked to another account, although a post made by a friend was affiliated with me. He used my email to create a skype i believe ( about a year ago now) He got banned off sythe somehow...

I posted a dispute shortly after my ban to find out what happened and in the end i was told I am responsible for someone using an email under my name.

Thats understandable and i would like to fix any damage that has been done ( if any) and would like to come back to sythe.
I go on sythe to sell a lot of gold and i have still continued to sell gold to a few people I know that ive kept in contact with, but i do still miss sythe
I dont see myself posing as a problem to this community and would just like this whole thing cleared up
