    Where's the Universe?

    Anyone ever thought about that?

It's a question that has been f*cking with my mind since I was a kid.

    Thoughts about this?

    Where's the Universe?

Been wondering it too, but took quite long for me to know and eventually I didn't really understand.

So I decided not to give a damn about it and just ignore it. I'm alive anyways.

    Where's the Universe?

Are you referring to somewhere like a a metaposition outside of the physical universe?

    Where's the Universe?

"The Universe" is essentially the term we use to encompass everything in existence into one definition, including all space, matter and energy. From this knowledge I would assume that it is impossible for something to exist "outside" of the Universe as this "something's" very existence would automatically include itself under the term "Universe". Obviously there are also a number of multiverse hypotheses, but even if these were correct and there are multiple Universes in existence (each with their different sets of physical laws and constants), it is still impossible for something to exist outside of the "Multiverse".

    Where's the Universe?

You're asking where our existence exists.

    No one knows.

The universe can't be described because it is everything and everywhere.

    Where's the Universe?

I heard about some theory which stated that the Universe is one on many, for example our universe is just a bolt of cloth which is paired with billions of other "universes" and each one of them holds a different dimension.
There are many theories but none of them can be approved.

    Where's the Universe?

The universe is everywhere. Anything outside of everywhere does not exist and hence, is not included in the universe - the totality of existence.

    Where's the Universe?

you can't start to fathom it. our brain simply isn't capable of even imagining that far. because then rises the question of what holds the thing that is holding the universe? for all you know, space, the universe and everything could all be a body, like a human body, and all of the planets work like cells giving it energy.... nobody knows, we can only imagine what we don't understand

    Where's the Universe?

There can more [theoretic] content in answer to this question, other than everyone's default response, "it's everywhere since 'the universe' is defined as 'everything you see.'"

This video, and a few other videos on his channel touch on WHAT the universe is, and by extension WHERE it is.

Basically, there's a few ways you can look at it. Most of the theories about the structure of the universe and of multiple universes say that "The Universe" is the common term used to describe "the observable universe". In which case, "The Universe" IS just everything you see, and is therefore nowhere and everywhere because no matter where you are, you see stuff, right?

Some theories, for example the bubble theory-- mentioned in the video above-- states that we're in a definitive and finite zone known as "our universe". In other zones, or bubbles, are other possible instances of tangible matter, and the only reason we can't reach them is because the laws of physics disallow for our existence, or some such noise.

I personally believe the universe is simply-- as stated several times over-- what you can see, and is therefore everything and everywhere. I don't think it's a tangible measurement, as you would call where you live "my house" and your house ends at the walls or fences built around it.

While typing this response, another train of logic occurred to me, emphasizing my statement above where "the universe" isn't a real measurement or category under-which everything falls. If you look at quantum sciences, we're diving deeper and deeper into the building blocks of atoms, quarks, right down to bosons. Some may say that you can delve infinitely smaller into the building blocks of matter, but I would say that either bosons or MAYBE whatever blocks build bosons will be the absolute smallest category of matter before it becomes something else. The same principal can possibly be applied to the cosmic scale. You can go from planets, to solar systems, to galaxies, to clusters, but once you hit universe or whatever category is directly below that as far as scale, it's impossible to fit THOSE under something larger. After all, having one singular object type, left outside a defined category doesn't mean it needs to be categorized. It's simply a catch-all.

Going larger than a universe, then, would require proof that there can be more than one universes, and then what would they call a cluster of universes? Maybe nothing, if it's the largest you can go. But what if the cluster of universes can be sub divided based on some attribute? Would they then have a cluster of clusters as their parent category?

    Where's the Universe?

No one's completely sure at the moment. As to date, there are still many unknowns in science. The most scientific thing to do here is just concede we don't know, and try and come up with ways we can test such a question.

There's a thing known as cosmic background radiation which is basically electromagnetic signatures that were left from the time of the big bang. (Remember everything exists on the Electromagnetic spectrum, light, sound etc. In this case cosmic background radiation exists within the radio frequency and is everywhere.) Some scientists have studied CMBR (Cosmic microwave background radiation) and have claimed to have found 'cosmic bruises' within the signatures left over from the big bang, meaning at the time of the creation of our universe, it is strongly suggested that our universe collided with an other. This hasn't just happened once, but up to four times apparently. Food for thought.

What exists outside our universe? Perhaps more universes; what do they all exist in, if anything, is something no one knows.

    Where's the Universe?

The universe? Why it's right by the universe, just left of the universe and right below the universe.

    Where's the Universe?

Maybe in itself a never ending loop, maybe it's too big to ever find out and suddenly ends. Maybe this universe is 1/100000000000000000th of 1 of another trillion universes wich then again is 1/100000000000000th of another trillion universes. No person knows. Watch my words when i say no person knows.
