i got hacked (only the stuff on my account)

hi, i really need help from some one known on this site.

all the stuff on my account got hacked by a person from this site ( i am not going to put his name here before i got advice from some one)

I wanted to buy dungeoneering service and in that time he stole the items from my account. And now he wants to report me for scamming, i can't do anything because he has vouches and i don't have any vouches and now i am afraid i get banned( but i haven't done any thing wrong and i am the one who got hacked)

i had the following stuff on my account: dfs, bandos chest plate and tasset, amulet of fury, dragon boots and 16.7-17mil rsgp

Please some one give me advice, that guy ruined my whole rs account and also personal!

Any screenshots of the trade conversation?

Chat logs do not count, it MUST be screenshots.

 

yes i can make screen shots, and no i dont have screenshots of my account before, but i bought the money from arcus (from sythe) like 4-5 days ago so i got proof i had that much money but i am afraid he is going to report me for scamming that''s why i don''t want to post his name

 

If you didn't scam him then he will have no evidence of you scamming.

lol, they are chat logs, you've taken a screenshot of the chat logs.

You need screenshots of the actual conversation.

If you closed the conversation then you probably wont get screenshots unless you took them as the trade took place, which is recommended. You should get a Skype and that way you can print screen conversations after closing. As stated by Shoop, you don't need to worry as if you didn't scam then there's no evidence to say so. Sorry for your loss.

I believe this MSN history is accepted as it can't be edited through chatlogs (to my knowledge). This may be the way to get the necessary screenshots. Sorry for your loss also.

anyway thanks for your support all, i was the one who was stupid that i didn't had a bankpin or transfered the stuff.

OMG, i today logged in and i saw a rear ip adres: that isn't mine and guess what everything was gone again how can he know my password???
(this isn''t a dutch ip adres i know for sure) bob1337 is defenitly a hacker, he only think about himself, i again lost 100m. i am facking dumb now i even can't put stuff on my own account. the 2nd photo is my own ip







don't trust bob1337, after i let him on my account and he know i didn't had enough proof, i had problems after problems!!

i am going to stop with this it costed me to much.

 

He may have linked your runescape account to facebook and used that to hack you for a second time. I believe you are able to request the password (not have it changed) through facebook, check your account settings.

 

but how he can hack my account without changing the password?

and i got proof i yesterday bought 100mil again from some one from sythe trough player auctions !

 

Through having his facebook linked to your account I believe he can request what the password is currently.

The proof from player auctions will only be relevant if the user that has scammed you by hacking you the first time and second time decides to repay you in an attempt to pardon.

 

yes you are right his facebook account is linked with my runescape account, but he can't log in now anymore because i got jagex account protection activated.
