How does Middle Manning works?

    How does Middle Manning works?
    Lets say Guy 1 is buying 10M for 10 bucks from Guy 2.
    What does Middle man do in this situation?
    Please explain

    How does Middle Manning works?
    guy 1 and guy 2 both give whatever they're trading to the middleman, then once the middleman has the items/cash/whatever else from both people, he gives them to their new owners (guy 1's $ goes to guy 2, and guy 2's 10m goes to guy 1). sorry if that was confusing.

    How does Middle Manning works?
    What I would do in this instance is:

    Receive the 10m RSGP from Guy 2.
    Guy 2 then tells Guy 1 the paypal address he wants the money sent to.
    Once the money has been send, I get proof from both parties that the money has been sent / received.
    Once that has been done, I give the RSGP to Guy 1.
