Where to bot Strength?

[LouisVuitton]

Stats are as follows.

80 Attack
96 Strength
45 Defense
90 Constitution

Where would be the best/fastest experience for me to bot to 99 Strength?

Best gear to wear?

Thanks in advance.

Bandits require no effort lol.

For best xp, Armoured Zombies. For being lazy, bandits.

yaks is good

Yaks is decent. Giant spiders in stronghold is also pretty good. I average like 55K exp per hour there at 99 strength.
