Where To Train?

Currently training 2 Accounts, puzzled on wheres the best exp for them?
Ill be botting them btw

1st Acc is 60 attack, 69 strength and 40 defence.
2nd Acc is 40 attack, 64 strength and 23 defence.

I've currently got them both running at Fight Caves.

 

id do the following
1= moss giants/experiments
2= rock crabs/flesh crawlers/experiments

 

Do you know the xp per hour for those monsters?

 

Rock crabs.

 

Till what level, I'm trying to get 90 strength on both.

 

Try rock crabs. Or if you want a long progress reports use fight caves

 

At what level should I stop doing rock crabs or do them until 90?

 

Rock crabs or experiments.

 

Stick with fight caves. It's Cheap, and hardly any randoms.

 

training

1-20 cows
20-40 barbarians
40- like 60 + rocklobs
after that idk just continue rock crabs

 

fight caves are probably best, but if your watching your bot then i would do rock crabs
