Account hacked, now this?

I am orig owner, never sold the acc, i was doxed and info was leaked 50-55 days ago. Got back after a hiatus recently and i get this.

Tips?

 

Have you simply told them this?

Reply with a detailed list of events, and see what they say.

 

and if you have done what Subaru said then I highly doubt they will ever unban the account

 

How so?

If his information was leaked, and account hacked, this proves that the actions on the account were not his.

they have already stated that "Since this warning has been ignored we are no longer able to assist you in the recovery of this account" the only reasonable excuse I can see is stating that the actions were not his, on account of the leak.

I can't think of any other comment to reply to Jagex with that would result in an unban, considering they have already written off any chance of appeal.

This is coming from someone who has not played RS in 2 or so years by the way. But my suggestion still seems reasonable.

 

yes but Jagex being Jagex wont even care. If they are not 100% convinced that he is telling the truth then they wont allow him to recover the account. They wont just believe him for saying it anymore. Idk maybe they will but doubt it

 

I emailed them explaining and such and i know the hacker is from France while i am fron Scandinavia..

Surely this should be enough. I have every single information needed for a recov but it wont let me saying it has a email registered.

 

They check IPs. If someone did in fact hack you, you should be good. If you're just bullshiting, then you're wasting your own time.
