Am I any good?? What can I improve on??

I want good, hard advice, I want to learn from my mistakes. The only thing I download is fonts for my clients.

 

well i think they look good. but im horrible at this so my opinion doesnt really count too much lol

 

Think of something to critisize on please :]

 

Make the light source on your signature one a little better .

 

Don't blur renders, I hate it, it makes my eyes go unfocused.

 

I made it for depth, but I'll try adding less blur next time,

Don't blur..
I know why you blur, so you cant see bad pixels..
Well, make ur pixels clean foo

 

Filter>Sharpen works SOMETIMES, but be careful.

Also.... your sigs... just don't slap a background on with some minor effects then tack a blurry render on it... be more creative. Use brushes, use layer effects. Be creative... all your sigs are the same.

 

I like 'em, just don't blur as much.

If you want to achieve depth.
Blurring shouldn't be your first option.
Work on lighting. Lighting is the strongest tool in creating depth.
Blurring properly is a skill that is gained over time. In most occasions you will not blur the render, but the background.

 

I'll try more lighting affects rather then blurring, thanks.

EDIT: From all the advice given, I made this:

-No blurring
-Lots of lighting effects
-Tons of layer effects
-Sharpened a bit more
-Used blending for depth

Better then my older signatures??
