Worst place for blues...

I reccomend going kalphites - you get blue charms quite often there .

In the dungeon on waterbirth island, they are the quickest monster for blue charms

just do slayer.

[Xfer Fool]

im sure waterfeinds are good for blues.

Blues are horrible xp/hr. Go for crimsons at waterfiends, amazing 50 charms per hour there.

[skill seller]

best way to get blues is kalphites as said above, but it's still not a very good rate for xp.

[Vitek]

Waterfiends with a bunyip, probably your best bet..

[Extinct_â„¢]

armoured zombies are really good for blues tbh, i got like 10 of them in about half an hour

[Bourne]

Waterfiends with a bunyip, probably your best bet..
