someone keeps getting my account back

hey guys i keep regaining my pure but they have the recovs but i have enough info everyyime to get it back igot my pure back before and took the 50m they put on the account

after i transffered they took the account back =-s

i dont have a keylogger so is there a way i can email jagex and tell them to change my recovs ect because this kid keeps getting it back

 

Umm how is he getting it back? And are you the original owner?

 

That sounds suspicious. If they are a hacker they would take your account take the money and be done with it. Why would they keep it? It sounds like you've sold an account to someone and they've put their money on it and you've stolen it. My opinion anyway.

You have a RAT or something use another computer

 

If you are the original owner, then just reset the email and recoveries, also do a virus scan. Any chance that someone knows your recovery info?

Have you tried putting a pin on the account? Just put everything in the bank whenever you log off.

 

I think it'd be better to take everything out of the account, until you've safely secured it. Also, that definitely seems like it's some sort of 3rd party program being used to retrieve the info. Under normal circumstances, if you are the original owner, and if you register recoveries and email, then it should be safe.
