Do I have to rebuy bots?

Back in 2011 i bought a bunch of bots from impsoft at rsbots.net such as kminer, perf fighter, and auto runecrafter pro. Just wondering because powerbot seems to have similar named bots

 

ImpSoft was sued by Jagex and closed down forever.
None of their bots/scripts are available anymore.

Some of them might have been ported to other bots, but you will need to rebuy them if you want them again.

 

Both those sites went down. And as many free bots there is on powerbot you don't really need to buy any unless you want a dung or GOP bot or something.

You can get the auths, but you have to pay for them again. I really think Kiko's being a whore, as I had 3 copies of iDungPro previously, and now they're $25.99 each, so that'd cost me like $75, nevermind the amount (think it was $12 each?) that I paid when it was on RSBuddy. Also the other 20+ auths I had are down the drain, it annoys me that they can remove their product and charge you again even though you have a reciept.

 

I am in no, way, shape, or form supporting Kiko but simply saying that's partially because of the greedy owners of Powerbot. Nightmare18 who created the Auto SWs bot ported it over from Rsbots.net -> Powerbot and since then has made a more effective script. Sadly, Powerbot seems to be the pimp as far as taking copyrights to previously successful scripts that Rsbots.net offered.

 

Yeah if it's the same bot, with the same name, imported, they really should give you another auth. It's unfair, but they know if people paid once for it,they will pay again and that's why they won't give in, because they know eventually you will just buy another one.

 

You should buy the bots again and that is quite sad.

 

Yeah, this is the problem.. its kind of ironic because at first it was rsbots.net doing the whoring from private scripters and making money off of them, then powerbot took the already "whored" prices and increased them -.-
