Where do I find a web designer?

[King Neuro]

may be the incorrect place to ask, but where exactly do i find a person to design a website that isn't too expensive? there seems to be no section directly related to websites on the forum. :\

thanks.

Pretty sure this is your best bet : http://www.sythe.org/graphics-marketplace/
