Where can I get Delphi?

Where can I get Delphi without having to pay. Is there like a torrent or some rapidshare download.

Im good SCAR and I want to move on to Delphi.

The sites are in greman and I see no place to download.
I would rather have it as a torrent or it be from a file hosting site -.-

 

I dont know what your seeing but the site is not in german...... On the Right side you'll see "Download" just click it.

 

Never mind Ive found it. Theirs torrents but I get errors for most of them but ill find it anyway.

Well i still DO NOT HAVE DELPHI because the torrents where nothing but this useless program... Also the torrent was EXTREAMLY SlOW... Please give me an EXACT DOWNLOAD LINK...
