wont let me change skin or subscribe?

hello its rs2buyer and im wondering if nayone can tell me how i can change the backgruond skin, i tried going down to the box in the corner but it stops right befor it gets there.

if you could tell me another way to change it thatd be great, also wont let me subscribe to threads? i duno about that 1

 

What browser are you using, and do you have scripting disabled? Try disabling all third-party addons. Worst comes to worst, you can ask an admin to set it for you, but I think it's best if the problem is solved on your end.

Classic theme.
Next-gen
Next-gen lite
Mobile

Hopefully these will help until you fix it.

 

Also if what cosrob has posted doesn't work then try changing it from the spot in the edit profile section. To get to this go to:

User Cp --> Edit options --> The bottom box should be where you can change options.
