Where can I find a guide to overclocking?

I have the perfect overclocking build I just want to learn how to and it won't matter to me if it take a lot of patience I will do it to learn overclocking. The only information I know is that if you have an unlocked processor you can use multipliers to adjust the speed of your cpu and you must adjust that with the correct voltage and save. Then check to see if you have stable temperatures.
    Current Build:
    Intel Core i7-4770k Haswell 3.5GHz
    Phantek PH-TC14PE-BK 140MM UFB
1 TB Seagate Barracuda 7200 RPM
    ASUS Maximus VI Extreme
    16GB G.SKill Sniper Series 4X4GB DDR3
    NZXT Hale90 V2 NP-1GM-1200A 1200W ATX12V
Geforce GTX 780TI Superclocked 3GB SLI
    Cooler Master HAF X

I also minimized the wires in the case so they are all hidden away from all the parts inside a side panel. I also need a list of all programs needed for OC. I have GPU-Z,Riva Tuner, and Hardware System Setup.

    Edit:
I may add 6 Noctua Fans. My PC is also well maintained as I keep it dust free and make sure my temps are always in a safe area.

I learned a bunch through a lot of time on Google. There isn't one perfect guide, really.

I have been looking around google too I just don't want to mess up I heard that there can be great risks in doing so. My build was not cheap at all so messing up will kill my wallet.

I would have seriously considered learning to actually utilize and over clock a cheaper machine before attempting to OC a 4770k and 780ti. If you burn it up, you'll wish you'd been a little smarter about it beforehand.
