Should i be worried / Have I been scammed again?

Alright so everything was alright, I had 750k on fifa which I was about to sell, and a guy messages me saying he'll buy 400k of it, he also said he'd go first and pay £28 for it, I agreed and he went first, he sent the £28 with a note saying he wont chargeback and that was that, I then proceeded and gave him 420k so he never got taxed, he was a really nice guy, he then said he'd vouch me so I said on that note "brb", when I came back he had deleted me off skype, should I be scared?
How would I avoid a chargeback?
    What should I do?

Someone help me, I'm real skeptical about this =@

Deleting someone off Skype isn't necessarily shady. I wouldn't worry about it unless scam reports start popping up on him or he does file a chargeback.

I personally transfer all funds to my bank account upon receiving funds on PP.

+He was verified and had a legit email, I don't know why he deleted me or didn't leave a vouch without saying anything :S

Was he a reputable member? I don't understand why people still after SO many cases of chargebacks, etc are still dealing with non-reputable members offering to pay with Paypal.

I hope you have no problems with this user, just be wary of who you trade with when it comes to Paypal. It is very easy to reverse payments on Paypal.

If he chargeback the money he gave you will be gone, he will get it and the 400k. You should trade via Playerauctions so they can't chargeback.

Paypal don't give two chits about virtual trades so you will probably lose the chargeback.

Mmm that sucks, way back when like 6+ years ago I used to make a dummy paypal account, have them send the funds to that then I would turn around and send the funds to my real paypal then delete the dummy one. A bit of a hassle but it worked.

I quickly delete the people I trade with off skype after the transaction is done. People who are active in the markets tend to send annoying ass mass-message advertisements at 3:00 in the morning over and over again, fuck that shit.

Seems shady, he might chargeback, then again who knows i'm sure he would have chargedback before deleting you from skype. Just transfer the money off your paypal or use it. Unless you need to keep money on your paypal.

There isn't much you can do if he does file an unauthorized chargeback as you didn't receive the proper identification information to prevent such a thing from happening. For future reference simply putting a note saying you won't chargeback isn't sufficient proof for paypal.

From paypals main screen follow this!

    - Click profile
    - My settings (located on the left hand side)
    - Close account (Its the first option, you'll see "Account Type", and when you look over you'll see "close account")

Lots of my customers contact me from their personal skypes, which I guess they don't really want to associate with runescape. So yeah it can be normal for some people.

I'm not 100% sure but I think with the note it'd make it 10x harder for him to be refunded. Transferring the money into your bank account is the safest thing to do.
