When will Jagex respond to my emails about accounts?

Its been 4 days now no response from jagex about recovering my account... when will they respond?

 

I'd post on the account help forums, seem to get a faster reply on there

 

I'd send another mail/post on the forums if they don't respond in the next 6 hours or so. Good luck man

 

This is a terrible idea, stay away from this and you'll stay away from infractions.

General response time is 5-7 days. Keep in mind this is the only method of recovering accounts without an email, imagine the amounts of emails they're getting a day. I know for a fact that they've staffed every employee from different departments on this task to help. Just be patient.
