When was the last time you spoke to someone about the Lord?

I rarely talk to the lord per say, but on the rare occasion when things are bad g I tend to pray for some form of help through those times although nothing may happen.

So if u dont speak to others about it or spoke to the lord jesus christ before why do you post?

Im agnostic, not really much of an atheist or neighsayer as much as undecided and cbb anymore. I like reading up on my theology though, none of it has really stuck. I dont think of god in any sort of traditional sense, definitely not a man in the clouds who listens to my problems and guides me in solving them. Its kinda funny, god intervening and changing/helping people along would kinda fuck up the whole humanity experiment he/she/it has got going on. If god exists i would think he/she/it would just watch humanity pan out and see how it goes as he/she/it has been doing so since mankinds inception. I dont believe for a second a christian god exists at all, with WWII is pretty much a testament to gods non existence imo. Nukes, inhumane nazi experiments and human suffering in mass abundance something tells me the friendly new testament god would allow all that had he existed.. NOW that old testament god would get in on that shit, throw in some plagues and what not

 

My parents want me to be really religious, but that's just not the kind of person I am.

This is a very vague question and the face you've said "The Lord" implys there's only one. Which I disagree with.
