    When to cut if I want to look great for summer?

    Alright! Thanks for clicking on this, so let me shoot a little story at ya.

    My goal when I started: 6/8 Pac, be happy with my body for once.

    Backstory:
    I was really tired of being fat, not just because of like the way I personally felt as I munched on whatever I wanted to, ice cream, cookies, etc but just because one thing that always killed me was the summer.
    Nothing worst than not being able to take off my shirt at the beach like it was literally insane. I would be on the beach 30-35*C and I'd have my shirt on.

    September 2017, the college started and I decided once and for all, I will change. Keep in mind I've joined gyms many many times prior to this and I've always quit, I'd get the 1 month and quit 2 days in or so. So this was the 'first' time I'm actually dedicated to hitting the gym.

    Gains weren't that great first month, was just adapting to the life style. Around decemeber it became exam period, my gym frequency went from a solid 5 times a week to 3. We creeped up on the x-mas vacation and thats when i crashed. from around dec 24th to like january 8th i only hit the gym like 5 times total, no excuses, not going to make any. I just gave up. I was home all day playing video games.

    Now fast forward, january 20th i've completly returned to my 4-5 days at the gym.

    Now:
    My gym life is based on:
    Monday -> Chest
    Tuesday -> Light arms / cardio
    Wednesday -> Back/Shoulders
    Thursday -> Light chest / cardio
    Friday -> Arms
    If i miss any one of those days, i take it up on the weekend. But yeah.

    Soooo! That being said, throughout the past 4-5 months i do see gains that's a fact.

    My body is better, although i still have a lot alot of weight. Im around 220 pounds and 5'11. (18 yr).

    So the main thing im really worried about is being ready by summer.

    It has always been something i wanted to do. have a 8 pac. or a 6 i know its genes.

    Ill be posting picturees soon of my physique currently, but anyone got advice?

    Whenever i try to diet, i can sorta do it but then i dont got that good food in my house and i dont work so like i dont got enough money to be making full meals and stuff like that.

    I feel like ive talked alot, just looking for advice on reaching my summer body this summer and expectations and so on. let me knowwww guys!

    The sooner u start the sooner it becomes a lifestyle and not a hobby/goal.

    Really the best advice I could give anyone regardless how overweight u are tbh.

    Start small(home workouts, doing situps, etc) if u cant stay at the gym or get demotivated, the home stuff+ even if u slack and only go to the gym 2-3 times a week, you'll get results by summer.
