ESEA? CEVO? Faceit?

Anyone here use any of the three mentioned in the title? Looking for some people to play with since solo queue sucks even in ESEA.

 

I play Esea, but have been stuck on h1z1 lately. What's your average mm rank?

 

i dont really play MM unless its warmup for ESEA - but I'm LE and would prob be LEM/SMFC if i tried to do MM lol.

 

What region you in?

 

I've played some ESEA off and on, but never for a consistent amount of time (so my RWS is not really accurate).

I have tried using CEVO and FaceIt over the past few years some as well. They all seem to be fine, but tend to prefer ESEA due to it being more user-friendly (it was recently added on Steam officially as well).

Oh, I know. I've enjoyed ESEA on and off over the past few years and I have to say comparing all other competitors, none can compete. Especially considering its a paid service so you're guaranteed to never meet a blatant cheater like you occasionally do in MM, CEVO, or Faceit. Only thing they need to try to get rid of now is the ego-ridden 9 rws pug "stars"

 

ESEA FOR DAYS was 12 RWS consistent about a year ago about 9-10 now

 

i know the feel. ive had shit luck this month - whenever i get 3ks we lose the fucking round so fucking rip those rws

 

ADR is a better gauge of performance than RWS is anyways .

Average damage per round.

 

wrong rws is a better gauge of performance than adr, you can farm adr one example would be baiting your team and just going for exit kills as a ct every round. To get rws you must win the round therefore if you are the last one alive you must clutch the round. Is about winning rounds, not how many kills or how much dmg you can get in a game.

 

honestly, both should be taken into account not just one or the other then. If you get 3 kills in a round but still lose, its unfair to only take into account the rws since it doesn't count.

 

I wholeheartedly disagree. You can be a A+ player matched with D/C players , averaging 1-3 kills per round (this is a very rough example ) but still losing a majority of rounds due to an incompetent team. This causes your overall RWS to tank while you manage to maintain a mid-high level ADR. Playstyles aren't taken into consideration here. You could be, for example, an entry fragger. You can take a site every round on T side, but if your team lacks communication, teamwork, or overall general skill, you can and possibly will lose the round due to no fault of your own. Csgo is a team based game, and no single player can singlehandedly win a game on their own, regardless of his or her prowess as a player.

Everyone knows Esea is full if toxic players, wannabe pugstars , or literal retards. Especially following the integration with steam.

The rws system is flawed, and ADR is ultimately a better gauge between the two stats of skill prowess.

I really enjoyed ESEA, when I still actively played CSGO. I still do play around Supreme/Global in matchmaking, but haven't really got around to buying ESEA since the European ESEA scene wasn't really all that big (about half a year ago anyway) and sometimes it took even up to 20 minutes to find a game. I like the fact that everyone has to pay to be able to play on ESEA though, since it really decreases the amount of people trolling which I noticed was somewhat of a problem in free leagues like faceit and ESL.

I play a bit of Esea, haven't tried out Faceit yet, though I've heard good things.

 

Esea is supposedly the best out of the three. I always played CEVO cause it was free. Obviously only play any of these if your Matchmaking rank is up to par.
