Help with gmauler.

Im a noob pker and need help from really experienced pkers.
My gmauler right now is:
70 str
48 rng
1 pry
60 hp

Questions are:
Prayer: Is it worth of anything not doing priest in peril? And if I level up prayer, 13 or 31?

Max level: What level should I take strength and range to?

HP/Range: Is it worth of anything cannoning for staying at low hp? and if so what should my hp be?

And: what exactly would YOU do with this pure.

If you want to add something please do.

 

Prayer: Prayers useless unless you use it Riddle much?

Max level: Obvious answer 99/99 realisticly though I'd say 75 ish then see if you want to build it up

HP/Range: Depends if your going to rush.

 

You are melee based, so with the HP, ALWAYS stay 10 levels under your strength level or more, just like you are now (70 str 60 hp). If else, your combat is going to be effected alot. Lets say, 70 str 70 range 67hp. This would make you 1-2 combat levels higher than you need to. I'd say soulwars alot, and you will be just fine.

About the prayer, if your gonna do priest in peril, get 13 prayer if you want. If you do priest in peril, do DT. If else its so unneccesary (spelling? I mean not needed).

I wanna do priest in peril for experiments and animal magnetism.

So I shouldnt restrict myself to training strength but should to training range(with hp).

This is so hard.
