finished up my bulk about 2 months ago, from 210-230, down to about 220 right now which is kinda slow so maybe im not doing enough cardio

just wondering how much cardio you guys do during your cuts, i do 30 minutes a day on incline treadmill, moderate pace, every other day

Definitely depends on your specs/goals/etc. You'll want to incorporate other forms of cardio as too much treadmill (you're currently doing too much) will bring a slow creeping damage to your knees. I always thought this was bs as I've been doing proper cardio for 8+ years (since Freshmen year of HS) in the form of running but I'm dealing with it now so my squats & knee/leg nerves are slightly suffering as a result.

Definitely at your weight, you want to use less knee-abrasive forms of cardio, especially since you're doing so much. Let me rephrase, though: You're not doing too much cardio, especially if it's within your parameters and goals. Just, too much treadmill. Too much running and putting your body weight on your knees.

It depends on what you're currently at. I would recommend 2 fifteen minute rounds of HIIT per week and one 20 minute round of MISS cardio. Inputting in too much cardio is like when you lift. You'll eventually hit a wall.

ya ive done HIIT sessions throughout my week and idk i prefer a moderate pace of cardio

rather than actually restricting calories or doing more intense cardio i just spend more actual time doing cardio

The problem with this in my opinion is when you go to do something active you suffer. A little bit of cardio goes a long way. Just my 2c though to each their own. This post also isn't directly related to cutting just life in general.

I can't argue with that and I totally agree. The OP did specifically mention cutting, and I gave my $0.02 regarding weight loss. Cardio also greatly affects your ability to handle high volume strength/hypertrophy training, so it could work both ways.

I agree if your sole interest is to work out and that's your passion then little bits of cardio mixed in with careful calorie management is the strategy to employ in cutting.

absolutely. My sole interest is to work out and to be aesthetic, which is why I do cardio. Also because its just good for you in general, you just feel stronger in the gym, more fueled, etc

Don't do cardio like that. Incline and going 30 minutes straight kills gains. When cutting get on the treadmill after you finish working out. 30 seconds at a time at your max speed (you feel like you're going to vomit at the end of the 30 seconds) do this 5 times. You will continue to gain muscle doing this while cutting. There's an article online somewhere i'll try and find it.
