    need help

    K i so bought an account and i had it for about 6 months and my recoveries are still on it but not my email. Im not sure how the new recovery system works but i fill out every detail possible and it still says denied not enough information provided.I have always been able to recover the account in the past.
    Can anyone help?

    Most likely the original owner has recovered it, making it much harder for you to do so. Original IP is one of the biggest factors in account recovery so it's possible that Jagex is auto denying you on this part alone.

    Not to mention if you bought the account, the seller probably gave you false information. You should contact the seller and ask for his help (this will also let you know if he is the one who recovered it if he is unwilling to help)

    the orginal owner mooved countries and its for sure he doensnt have the original ip after 7 years of having the account as i knew him very well and i cant get in contact with him could jagex have blocked my ip?

    It's possible, but unlikely. If they just auto deny you every time you send an appeal then it could be the case. Do they give you specific things that you got denied for? Or just say not enough information

    theres nothing specific just comes up as denied sent over 40 apeals in the last 1 week

    It sounds like you may be out of luck, there is nothing you can do when a buyer gives you all of the wrong information. Your only option would be to move on and get a recovery test next time you buy an account. Sorry to hear about your loss.
