How difficult is it to come back

To RS3 after not playing for awhile? I have several good accounts but I haven't been playing for a few years

 

Not sure if u mean pre-eoc when you say "few years", but the game has changed massively since 2013

If you're into the RS3 graphics/combat system, i guess trying it out wouldn't hurt, if not i'd suggest selling the accounts and playing OSRS instead which im guessing you already do.

 

Yeah I kindof have a love-hate relationship w/ the game, as do many OS players. I'll play for a few months then quit, and inevitably do the same thing repeatedly. I've checked out the new RS3 graphics and can't really get into it, but my accounts now arent worth much since they upped the max levels for stats. Idk, i'll probably just get rid of them

 

You can pretty nicely recreate the aesthetic 2012 had by using Legacy interface + combat system. While it's true the DPS is lesser than revolution and full manual EOC combat, most PVM can easily be accomplished using legacy mode and the old idle stances are back from 2012.

This is how I've been doing 120 Slayer and it's about as close to feeling the game as it was Pre-Eoc that's currently possible. It's really not hard to get back into the game, it's so easy nowadays. You'll only really have to learn Full Manual EOC combat if you want to do the big bosses.

 

it's not hard to get back into rs3 you just gotta play around with abilities till you get a feel for them try watching some yt videos to get a sense for some recent updates and just do w/e you pref really just like when u began playing same concept

 

I think it is impossible if you played 2009-2012 and loved it.

 

not at all. you just have to realize it's a different game now, and it will play differently then before.

 

I came back 3 months ago after a 5 year break and while different, it's still just as fun as when I was a kid 12 years ago haha.
