Should I Get 99 Wc?

Hey,

I don't go on Runescape too often. But recently when i've been on i've just been woodcutting. That way i can go on sythe while my guy just sits there at his tree.

Anyway, i'm like, 130k exp from 93 woodcutting. So i'm wondering, should i go all the way and just get 99? I also have 99 firemaking so i was thinking that'd be a cool combo. I will be cutting yews till 99, i'm not in need on the money (i'm level 65 with 21m in cash, way more in items), i just like cutting yews.

So, let me know what you think. Whether you think it's worth going for 99 wc, or if it's really just a waste of time and that time could be better invested in another stat!

Thanks, and I've put too much manual effort into my account. So, if i were to bot it and get banned, i'd be so dissappointed. If i had botted from the start it wouldn't be so bad.

 

If you're just in search of XP, just chop ivy. They never fill up your inventory and require less attention than Yews. That's what I did to 99 woocutting.

Agreed with the ivy suggestions, but do go after the 99

 

ivy as ais, gives you over 100k p/h in xp

 

If you're in need of getting more money, then continue with what you were already doing. If you just want to go in for the kill and get 99, just do Ivy because, like you said, you can have a little more time to concentrate on Sythe. The thing about Ivy though, all you get is XP, so in my perspective, isn't as worth it.

 

Go and do Ivy's, you will get 99 woodcutting in no time.

 

I'm doing the exact thing you are Tyson. I wouldn't "go for 99" but I would keep cutting like I am. I don't know if that makes any sense but yeah.

 

Wc was my first 99, got it on willows, but I regret not having done Yews in retrospect. You'll get well over 40m and it's really not too hard of a 99. Very straightforward and easy.

Might as well chop Ivys while on Sythe or AFKing. It's more than 60k xp/hr and requires little clicking. Easy 99

 

if you already have 21m then ivys are a much less painful way to get 99 wcing. you will still get nests from ivy's.

I got 99 WC and it wasn't even worth the time to bot it, but if you want to invest the next 100 or so hours that you need chopping ivy, go for it.

 

No if your going to stay a non memb because 92 woodcutting is the fastest you will need to cut yews

But if you going to become a memb it would help for magics and its worth it for the skillcape emote

 

yes, great moneymaker and a 99 is always good
