    Physical Activity Supplements

    Just got back into the gym after a month of not going. My weights are lower than usual, obviously.

    I want to know what brand of supplements you guys are into.
    • What works best for you?
    • What type of supplements do you take and why? (IE: Protein, Creatine, ect.)

    If you wanted to know,
    • Roughly 6' tall
    • 165lbs
    • My goals: Lose weight (I feel I'm slightly overweight), finally get that lean 6 pack, tone my pecs, arms, and back.

    Physical Activity Supplements

    I take the most expensive protein shake out there - maximuscle progain.
    Costs £50 and lasts me just 2 weeks, it does however have 'good' protein, and not just chick peas, etc.
    Extremely expensive, wouldn't really reccommend because of the price, but it works very well indeed.

    Reason: I've always been quite skinny, due to being around 6'4, no matter how much I eat, I do not ever seem to put on weight, so there would be no point working out, without having anything to burn.
